today i had breaky while watching american dad! i then took the dog out on a long walk around strathaven, grabbing a diet coke on my way! had a massive fry up brunch with george, then went to the bench and read and smoked! this evening i am watching SATC and checking out the FC website to find new uniform inspiration  might watch a movie in a bit too!
